AutoInterests Camping Fees ELIMINATED

In recent years, AutoInterests needed to charge customers camping fees in order to offset increasing overnight security and group camping charges imposed on us from certain race track facilities.

Beginning in 2025, we will no longer charge our customers any camping fees. However, this fee elimination does not apply to fees charged by tracks outside of AutoInterests' control.

You may be required to pay a camping fee when entering a race track facility. Which leads us to...

Track Camping Fee Reimbursement Program

As a Membership benefit, beginning in 2025 we are introducing our Camping Fee Reimbursement Program.

Camping fees charged by race track facilities may be submitted to AutoInterests for reimbursement.

Reimbursement will be issued in the form of an AutoInterests gift card.

Maximum per day reimbursement: $30

IMPORTANT: You must get a receipt from the facility and submit the receipt for reimbursement.

This program is for camping fees ONLY - and does not include spectator fees, electric fees, or other fees.

We will have an online Camping Fee Reimbursement form for you to complete and upload a copy of your receipt.

GingerMan

Registered AutoInterests participants may enter the night before at 7pm and stay overnight observing the camping rules.

Please refer to your pre-event emails for specific entry times, as these may vary.

Tents and RVs are welcome. Power hookups may be purchased at the gate.

Mid-Ohio

Registered AutoInterests participants may enter the night before at 7pm and stay overnight observing the camping rules.

Overnight camping will be available for all of our Mid-Ohio event dates. Camping will be available only the night BEFORE the event.

Please refer to your pre-event emails for specific entry times, as these may vary.

Tents and RVs are welcome, but there are no power hookups available - you must be self-sufficient.

Nelson Ledges

Camping at Nelson Ledges is very primitive - there is no electric or RV hookups; you must be self contained. There is a dump site near the entrance. There is a restroom on site. Camping is available Friday night - Saturday night on all of our 2-day weekend events.

Pitt Race

Registered AutoInterests participants may enter the night before at 6pm and stay overnight observing the Pitt Race camping rules.

RVs and tent campers both are welcome. Shower facilities are available for all campers.

Showers are available in the restrooms at the Event Center, North Track garages, and Karting Center.
Open campfires are not permitted. Grills, and contained elevated fire pits are permitted at least 50 feet away from the fuel farm.
120-volt, 30-amp electrical service is available throughout the facility (additional cost)
Only participants who have reserved electric spaces may park in the electric supplied spots in the paddock. These spots are indicated on the ground by cone with the renter’s name.
PittRace does not provide a sanitary dump or water facilities for RVs.
