In a previous email "Instructors: Save the Date - Tuesday Aug. 22" we asked for instructor availability on this date.

The private event on Tuesday Aug. 22 at Mid-Ohio is FULL and we can not accept any additional instructors.

We could only accept a limited number of instructors, and did so based on those who replied to the initial email as available and based on seniority. We appreciate everyone's enthusiasm and willingness to help out, but at this time we can not accept any additional instructors on this date.
