If you are not there on time, it creates extra work as we assume you are not attending and begin to shuffle your assigned students around, so please make sure you are there on time! NO EARLY ENTRY/TRAILER DROP-OFF NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING PERMITTED - you must leave the facility by 6pm. Please note: Hospitality will open AFTER tech inspection is completed. Any helmet rentals, coffee/water purchases, or passenger wristbands will not be available until AFTER 8:30am.
