Make sure you read through this PRIOR to event day! It is very important you read through this entire email! Since this HPDE is part of CARFEST, there are additional things to be aware of. BRINGING GUESTS? FRIDAY is an AutoInterests HPDE-only day - guests are free to enter. SATURDAY & SUNDAY is CARFEST 2019 - EVERYONE must have a ticket to enter on Saturday and Sunday. Your driver entry includes YOUR general admission ticket, but anyone coming with you needs their own ticket. Please pre-purchase your guest General Admission tickets online in advance HERE. Advance purchase of your guest tickets will keep the gate traffic flowing, and get you to tech inspection on time. If someone is coming with you and plans to arrive after 3:00pm or before 8:30am, they should purchase their ticket online now (bonus: they'll avoid gate pricing!). Gate sales will ONLY be available from 8:30am-3:00pm, Friday-Sunday. No one will be permitted to enter the facility without a previously purchased ticket between 3:00pm and 8:30am! Additional CARFEST info: Website | Schedule | Map >>> DRIVER Pre-Event Guide <<< GATES OPEN Thursday, Aug. 29 at 6:00pm for Friday drivers, and Friday Aug. 30 at 6:00pm for Sat./Sun. drivers (overnight camping is permitted) TECH INSPECTION Friday/Saturday/Sunday at 7:00am (multi-day drivers only need to tech on their first day) MANDATORY Driver Meeting at 8:00am Track is hot from 8:30am - 5:30pm (Friday run group schedule linked here, Sat/Sun run group schedule linked here) You can also find your personalized schedule by logging in and going to My Account -> My Events (if you registered on autointerests.com) VEHICLE NUMBERS are required. If you do not have your own, you may purchase numbers here ($3 pre-purchased or $5 on site).
