Due to circumstances beyond our control, concessions will unexpectedly be unavailable at Summit Point, Shenandoah Circuit this weekend.

There is a recommended location about a mile up the road called Railside Market, and they have been notified to be prepared for a possible rush of people around lunchtime this weekend.

Please consider going to lunch following your last morning on-track session, rather than all at the designated lunchtime.

Railside Market is located at 2871 Summit Point Road, Summit Point, WV 25446.

  • EARLY ENTRY/TRAILER DROP-OFF - gates open overnight for entry anytime after 6 pm on Friday, August 2nd.
  • OVERNIGHT CAMPING PERMITTED - electric camping spots available on site for $15/day
  • TECH INSPECTION Saturday & Sunday at 7:00am  (if you teched on Saturday, you do NOT need to tech on Sunday)
  • MANDATORY Driver Meeting at 8:00am in the Classroom
  • Track is hot from 8:30 am - 5:30pm (Run Group Schedules linked here: SATURDAY / SUNDAY)
  • Please note: Hospitality will open AFTER tech inspection is completed. Any helmet rentals, coffee/water purchases, or passenger wristbands will not be available until AFTER 8:00am. 

VEHICLE NUMBERS are required. If you do not have your own, you may purchase numbers here ($3 pre-purchased or $5 on site). If you do not have vehicle numbers, you MUST have $5 in CASH when you come through tech inspection.
