We have been very humbled this year by the many accolades from our drivers, friends and family as we have celebrated the 20th Anniversary Season of AutoInterests!  

We are extremely grateful for everybody who has contributed to the success of AutoInterests over the last 20 years: from our origins as a car club, to the mentors who encouraged us to grow and all of the drivers, volunteers, staff, instructors and supporters that have made contributions of any kind!

As we look to the future and in response to industry changes, the time has come to adopt a Membership model for our organization.  This has been avoided for many years for various reasons, but it is common in our industry.  Our race track/venue partners have added many new fees on top of increased track rental costs and other expenses.  Rather than continuing to add "nickel and diming" fees to our events, a membership model will allow us to simplify and transparently absorb many of these costs, including the ELIMINATION and/or REDUCTION of certain existing fees.

This model will also allow us to continue to invest in the premium experience our drivers have become used to such as:

• First (and still the only) loyalty system in the industry (HPDE Points)
• First (and still the only) organization to take Education to the next level with a delineated 88-point curriculum and skills tracking
• First (and still the only) organization to offer HPDE Protection Plans to assist drivers with life's unexpected surprises
• Personalized digital schedules specific to each driver
• Integrated text messaging
• Fully digital, seamless check-in/tech inspection process
• Unified, digital student & instructor pairings
• Dedicated group leaders
• Real-time, digital live schedule screens

Lastly, we know many of you have asked about going to new tracks; we don't anticipate doing that for 2025, but we are exploring options for 2026. We have a very solid schedule with plenty of dates at great tracks in the region, but we completely understand the desire for added variety periodically.  It is a very significant financial risk when adding new tracks and we are still recovering from the difficult post-COVID years and inflation, but these membership changes will give us more flexibility to consider adding venues and to make other driver experience improvements.

Starting for the 2025 season, Membership will be required for all drivers & instructors.
